About Me

An early love for woodworking and music led me to apprentice under Master Luthier Lawrence Wilke at the age of seventeen. After a three-year apprenticeship, I began making instruments on my own, with a particular passion for models of Stradivarius' works. In 2005, I was named a Master Violin Maker.

I have received numerous awards from the Violin Society of America for violins, violas, and cellos.

I currently work out of my shop in a old colonial house in New England, with a crew of children kicking up the wood chips and making music of their own.
